L’Autorité de régulation de l’audiovisuel (ARAV) a convoqué, mardi, la directrice de la chaîne Echourouk TV suite aux plaintes qu’elle a reçues concernant “des dépassements attentatoires à la sacralité du mois de Ramadhan” dans le contenu de certains épisodes du feuilleton “Babour Ellouh” diffusé par cette chaîne.
“Suite aux plaintes reçues par l’Autorité de régulation de l’audiovisuel, et aux informations relayées sur les réseaux sociaux concernant des dépassements attentatoires à la sacralité du mois de Ramadan et aux principes de notre religion dans certains épisodes du feuilleton “Babour Ellouh” que Echourouk TV auraient diffusés les soirées de Ramadan, l’ARAV a convoqué la directrice de la chaîne”, a indiqué un communiqué de l’ARAV.
“La directrice de la chaîne Echourouk TV a fourni des explications niant la diffusion par la chaîne de ces scènes”, affirmant qu’il s’agissait de “calomnie et d’informations montées de toutes pièces, car le feuilleton en question a été diffusée l’année dernière sur d’autres plateformes en entière sans censure, ce qui a permis à certains de publier des scènes contraires aux principes et valeurs de la société algérienne sur les réseaux sociaux, puis les attribuer à la chaîne Echourouk, qui a uniquement le droit de diffusion télévisée de ce feuilleton”.
“Après avoir examiné les éléments de réponse de la responsable de la chaîne et visionné le contenu des épisodes diffusés par la chaîne, l’ARAV a demandé à la chaîne d’apporter une précision à l’opinion publique et à dégage sa responsabilité de ces scènes”, a précisé la même source.
A cette occasion, l’ARAV a appelé au “respect des règles professionnelles et de déontologie, notamment pendant le mois sacré du Ramadan”, conclut le communiqué .
