La session ordinaire 2021-2022 du Conseil de la nation a été clôturée, jeudi, lors d’une séance plénière présidée par M. Salah Goudjil, président de cette instance.
La cérémonie de clôture s’est déroulée en présence du président de l’Assemblée populaire nationale, M. Brahim Boughali, du Premier ministre, M. Aïmene Benabderrahmane, et de membres du Gouvernement.
La clôture de la session de la chambre haute du Parlement intervient conformément à l’article 138 de la Constitution et aux dispositions de l’article 5 de la loi organique 12-16 fixant l’organisation et le fonctionnement de l’APN et du Conseil de la nation et les relations fonctionnelles entre les deux instances et le Gouvernement
