La Cour d’Alger a condamné, dimanche, à cinq (05) ans de prison ferme, l’ancien ministre des Finances, Mohamed Loukal, poursuivi pour des faits de corruption lorsqu’il était DG de la Banque extérieure d’Algérie (BEA).
La Cour d’Alger a confirmé le jugement de première instance (3 ans de prison ferme) rendu contre le dénommé Mourad Soula (agent immobilier), et prononcé l’acquittement de l’ancien DG par intérim de la même banque, Rabet Azzedine.
Plusieurs chefs d’accusation ont été retenus contre Mohamed Loukal et ses co-accusés, dont la dilapidation de deniers publics, abus de fonction et octroi d’indus avantages lors de l’acquisition d’un nouveau siège pour la BEA à Hydra pour 110 milliards de centimes, tandis que l’expertise commandée a conclu que son prix ne dépassait pas 102 milliards centimes.

Today, I went to the beach with my children.
