Les prisonniers civils sahraouis du +mouvement estudiantin+ détenus à la prison d’Aït Meloul-1 au Maroc ont entamé lundi une grève de la faim illimitée pour protester contre la confiscation de leurs droits légitimes.
Dans un communiqué, la Ligue pour la protection des prisonniers sahraouis dans les geôles marocaines, a précisé qu’il s’agit de “Abdelmoula Mohamed El Hafidi, Mohammed Salah Boudjemaa Dadda, et Alhoussain Albachir Amaadhour”.
Selon la Ligue qui cite les familles de ces détenus, “l’administration pénitentiaire de la prison d’Aït Meloul a reçu un avis de grève de la faim écrit par les prisonniers civils sahraouis dans lequel ces derniers citent les raisons et motifs qui les ont poussés à entrer dans la +bataille de l’estomac vide+”, ainsi que “des correspondances envoyées par les familles des détenus à toutes les parties concernées”.
Les prisonniers civils sahraouis ont entamé leur grève de la faim pour “dénoncer les procès inéquitables dont ils ont été victimes et qui se sont soldés par des peines injustes allant jusqu’à 10 et 12 ans de prison ferme, et contre leur emprisonnement loin de leurs familles et de leurs proches”, selon la même source.
Ils dénoncent aussi “les conditions de détention humiliantes dans la prison marocaine: Manque de soins médicaux, surpeuplement des cellules, privation de tout contact ou communication avec le monde extérieur, confiscation de leur droit à l’enseignement, discrimination raciale, mauvais traitements…”, souligne le communiqué.
Les prisonniers sahraouis “ont imputé l’entière responsabilité à l’administration pénitentiaire des geôles marocaines, des graves conséquences sur les plans physique et psychologique pouvant émaner de ce mouvement de protestation”, d’après la même source.
Ils ont aussi réclamé “leur droit au transfert vers des prisons proches du domicile familial ainsi que leurs droits fondamentaux et légitimes”, a ajouté la Ligue pour la protection des prisonniers sahraouis dans les geôles marocaines dans son communiqué.
