Le Premier ministre, M. Aïmene Benabderrahmane, a présidé, mardi, une réunion du Gouvernement au cours de laquelle plusieurs secteurs ont été examinés, indique un communiqué des services du Premier ministre, dont voici le texte intégral:
“Le Premier ministre, Monsieur Aïmene Benabderrahmane, a présidé, ce mardi 27 juin 2023, une réunion du Gouvernement tenue au Palais du Gouvernement.
Lors de sa réunion hebdomadaire, le Gouvernement a examiné les points suivants :
Dans le domaine de l’intérieur :
Le Gouvernement a examiné un projet de décret exécutif relatif au numéro d’identification national unique (NIN), présenté par le ministre de l’intérieur, des collectivités locales et de l’aménagement du territoire.
Le projet de texte vise à prendre en charge les objectifs arrêtés en matière d’élargissement du champ d’application du NIN et de généralisation de son utilisation, ce qui permettra d’accélérer davantage le processus de numérisation des procédures administratives et leur simplification.
Ce nouveau dispositif prévoit également de dispenser les personnes titulaires de documents biométriques d’identité, de circulation ou de séjour, de présenter les documents pouvant être obtenus par le biais du NIN et ce, grâce à l’interopérabilité des systèmes d’information des différentes administrations et institutions.
Dans le domaine des finances :
Le ministre des finances a présenté un rapport d’étape sur les travaux du groupe de travail multisectoriel chargé de l’examen du dossier des dettes bancaires contractées par les bénéficiaires du dispositif de l’Agence nationale d’appui et de développement de l’entreprenariat (ANADE).
L’exposé a permis de dresser un constat sur la situation du dispositif géré par l’ANADE à travers des indicateurs de performance, tel que le taux de recouvrement et la capacité d’indemnisation du fonds de garantie.
Dans le domaine des moudjahidine et des ayants-droit :
Le Gouvernement a entendu une communication sur le régime des pensions des moudjahidine et des ayants-droit de chahid, présentée conjointement par le ministre des moudjahidine et des ayants-droit et le ministre du travail, de l’emploi et de la sécurité sociale.
Cette communication a permis d’examiner le système national de protection sociale de la catégorie des moudjahidine et des ayants-droit de chouhada, notamment les droits et privilèges en matière d’assurance sociale et de retraite.
Enfin, dans le domaine de la sécurité sociale :
Le ministre du Travail, de l’Emploi et de la Sécurité sociale a présenté un exposé sur l’instauration de la contractualisation en matière de prise en charge des soins médicaux.
S’inscrivant dans le cadre de la concrétisation des engagements de Monsieur le Président de la République, la réactivation du processus de contractualisation entre les caisses de sécurité sociale et les établissements publics de santé permettra d’assurer une meilleure prise en charge des patients et l’efficience des organismes de sécurité sociale.
Cette contractualisation vise également à améliorer la gouvernance des établissements de santé en vue d’atteindre une meilleure maîtrise des dépenses et une traçabilité des actes de soins”.
