Le ministre de la santé, Abdelhak Saihi, a supervisé, lundi à Oran, lors d’une visite de travail et d’inspection à la wilaya, l’inauguration de deux polycliniques à Misserghine et Bir El-Djir et un nouvel hôpital dans la région de Gdyel, afin d’améliorer les prestations au profit des citoyens.
M.Saihi a inauguré une polyclinique au pôle urbain Ahmed Zabana de Misserghine, baptisée au nom du Moudjahid défunt Meflahi Mohammed, une autre polyclinique à Belgaïd, dans la commune de Bir El Djir, au nom du défunt Moudjahid Tchico Hachemi, et l’hôpital de Gdyel au nom du Dr Feradi Benmohamed Amar (240 lits).
Dans une déclaration à la presse, en marge de l’inauguration de ces établissements médicaux, en compagnie du wali d’Oran Saïd Sayoud, le ministre a insisté sur la disponibilité des structures sanitaires de proximité à l’instar des deux polycliniques pour assurer une prise en charge rapide des citoyens, afin de leur épargner les déplacements vers les grands établissements sanitaires, mettant l‘accent sur la “nécessité d’augmenter le nombre de spécialités dispensées dans ces structures de proximité”.
Il a déclaré que “ces prestations contribueront à améliorer les soins de santé dispensés aux citoyens, notamment dans les domaines de gynécologie, de pédiatrie ou de la chirurgie dentaire, et réussir ainsi à rapprocher la santé du citoyen, ce qui s’inscrit dans le cadre de l’humanisation des prestations, l’amélioration des structures et du service public”.
Evoquant le nouvel hôpital de Gdyel (à l’est d’Oran), le ministre a salué la qualité de ce nouvel établissement de santé et des services qui y sont dispensés, indiquant qu’il s’agit d’un excellent acquis pour le secteur de la santé à Oran, car il dispose de normes internationales et d’équipements très modernes, expliquant que “chacun doit veiller à préserver ces structures de santé et leurs équipements, ainsi que leur entretien, en raison des grands efforts consentis par les pouvoirs publics pour les réaliser”.
D’autre part, le ministre a ajouté que “la wilaya d’Oran est un pôle médical et sanitaire par excellence, grâce à la mobilisation des autorités locales à leur tête le wali en vue d’améliorer des services sanitaires fournis au citoyen, à la faveur des établissements sanitaires disponibles”.
Enfin, le ministre a souligné l’importance d’achever le processus de numérisation du système de santé, ce qui permettra d’économiser du temps, des efforts et de l’argent, et de lutter contre le gaspillage.
