Concitoyennes, concitoyens,
Il est des évènements témoins des lourds sacrifices consentis durant la Glorieuse guerre de libération nationale qui constituent une halte pour nous remémorer, la grandeur de l’Algérie, la détermination de son peuple libre et sa prééminence, et célébrer ces évènements historiques, incarnant la bravoure d’un peuple qui a écrit, en lettres de sang, l’une des plus grandes épopées de l’histoire contemporaine, en triomphant des forces coloniales iniques et défaites.
En commémorant aujourd’hui le 68e anniversaire de l’Offensive du nord constantinois (1955) et le 67e anniversaire du Congrès de la Soummam (1956), nous envahit à nouveau, sur la terre de lutte, citadelle de la liberté, ce sentiment de fierté d’appartenir à une patrie forte par les sacrifices de ses chouhada qui ont légué aux générations, la loyauté aux principes de l’intemporelle Déclaration de novembre et aux vertus consacrant la conscience nationale, les incitant à être jaloux de ce pays qui a livré un combat acharné pour se libérer du joug colonial… recouvrant sa liberté au prix d’un sang cher et sacré.

Nous vivons aujourd’hui dans une Algérie souveraine, grâce à la loyauté envers ce sang généreux, qui nous incite à préserver cette Algérie chère à nos cœurs, en tant qu’Etat national protégé, respecté et fort de ses institutions constitutionnelles, de l’unité de son peuple et de la conscience et l’ambition de sa jeunesse.
La foi en la victoire qui a animé le chahid Symbole Zigoud Youcef et ses compagnons d’armes, les guidant dans l’Offensive du nord constantinois le 20 août 1955, est la même foi qui avait amené les dirigeants de la Révolution, en pleine lutte armée, à tenir le Congrès de la Soummam pour asseoir les bases organisationnelles politiques et militaires de cette Révolution…
Une foi de laquelle nous puisons, en cette étape où nous nous dirigeons tous vers l’édification de l’Algérie nouvelle, la confiance en les capacités de la Nation qui renforcent notre volonté à réaliser, à la faveur de la conjugaison des efforts et au travail dévoué, des pas vers la réalisation d’indicateurs positifs dans les domaines du développement durable, et la poursuite, grâce à ses enfants, des acquis.
Des capacités qui contribuent au renforcement des acquis sociaux pour la préservation de la dignité du citoyen, et grâce auxquelles notre pays avance à pas géants vers l’élargissement de nos partenariats stratégiques à travers le monde afin d’insuffler une dynamique économique qui capte les investissements, et de confirmer la forte présence de l’Algérie et son influence au double plan régional et international.
Alors que nous célébrons le double anniversaire de l’offensive du Nord-Constantinois et du Congrès de la Soummam, nous demeurons convaincus, animés par la foi en le serment des chouhada et conscients des capacités de l’Algérie et les facteurs de sa renaissance, de parvenir à davantage de progrès dans notre pays qui pourra faire entendre sa voix et consolider sa place, afin de continuer à s’acquitter pleinement de son rôle axial dans la région et dans le monde, puisant la détermination de l’attachement du peuple algérien à la fierté, à la souveraineté et au développement, et du legs des valeureux chouhada.
Nous nous inclinons, en cette occasion, à leur mémoire et adressons nos salutations distinguées et toute notre estime et considération à leurs frères moudjahidine, priant Allah de leur prêter longue vie, santé et bien-être.
