Mohamed Isafiani, Vice-consul général du Maroc à Oran, avec l’obligation de quitter le territoire national dans un délai maximal de 48 heures, et ce pour des raisons liées aux comportements suspects de l’intéressé incompatibles avec la nature de l’exercice de ses fonctions au sein de ladite représentation consulaire, et ce en violation des lois algériennes en vigueur en la matière, ainsi que du Droit et des coutumes internationales pertinents, notamment la Convention de Vienne sur les relations consulaires”, précise le communiqué.
