Huit accords de partenariat ont été signés mardi à Alger entre des entreprises algériennes et chinoises, visant le lancement de projets d’investissement d’envergure dans les secteurs industriel et agricole.
Ces signatures ont eu lieu dans le cadre du Forum d’affaires algéro-chinois sur l’investissement, organisé au Centre international des conférences Abdelatif-Rahal (CIC) sous le haut patronage du président de la République, M. Abdelmadjid Tebboune. L’événement a été piloté par l’Agence algérienne de promotion de l’investissement (AAPI), sous la supervision du ministre de l’Industrie, M. Sifi Ghrieb, et en présence de l’ambassadeur de Chine, M. Dong Guangli.
Le premier accord a été conclu entre l’Entreprise nationale des transports ferroviaires (SNTF) et la société chinoise GENERTEC CNTIC, filiale du géant CRRC. Il prévoit la création en Algérie d’un complexe dédié à la conception, à l’ingénierie et à la fabrication de matériels ferroviaires et de leurs composants.
Dans le secteur automobile, l’entreprise algérienne FONDAL (filiale de la SNS) s’associe avec le constructeur chinois Jetour pour l’implantation d’une usine à Batna. Un investissement de plus de 105 millions de dollars sur cinq ans permettra la production de 270 000 véhicules et la création de 1 000 emplois.
Le groupe Iris a, de son côté, signé un accord avec la société Chery pour un projet industriel s’étendant sur 230 000 m², destiné aux opérations de peinture et de soudure de carrosseries automobiles. Ce projet générera 1 200 emplois directs.
Dans le domaine agricole, Global Agri-Food (filiale de Madar Holding) lancera un projet ambitieux dans les wilayas du Sud pour promouvoir les cultures stratégiques nationales.
Parallèlement, Madar Maritime Company (MMC) prévoit de fonder une entreprise spécialisée dans la fabrication de conteneurs pour le transport terrestre et maritime de matières premières et de produits finis.
Le groupe Madar a également signé un accord avec la société chinoise CCECC pour créer une entreprise d’ingénierie industrielle, qui assurera le transfert de savoir-faire technologique et réalisera des études au profit des opérateurs économiques algériens, publics et privés.
Un autre partenariat a été scellé entre le complexe agro-logistique Agrolog et l’entreprise chinoise CRCC pour développer un projet d’aviculture moderne.
Enfin, le groupe Condor s’allie à la société Hisense pour la construction d’une usine de production de climatiseurs et de machines à laver, renforçant ainsi les capacités industrielles locales dans l’électroménager.
En marge de la cérémonie, il a été annoncé qu’un accord supplémentaire sera signé le 5 mai prochain entre l’entreprise de cycles et motocycles CYCMA (Guelma) et le fabricant chinois QJ Motor. Ce partenariat visera à booster la production nationale à travers un transfert de technologie et d’expertise.
