Le concours national de recrutement d’Algérie Poste sera, pour la première fois, organisé entièrement en ligne et à distance. L’annonce a été faite lundi à El-Bayadh par le directeur général par intérim de l’entreprise, Mohamed Tazir, en marge de la visite du ministre de la Poste et des Télécommunications, Sid-Ali Zerrouki.
Prévu pour la fin du mois de septembre, ce concours ne nécessitera plus de déplacement vers les centres d’examen. Les candidats pourront y participer à partir de n’importe quel endroit, en utilisant un smartphone, une tablette ou un ordinateur connecté.
Selon M. Tazir, cette nouvelle formule a pour objectif de garantir une égalité des chances pour tous les postulants, en assurant transparence et équité tout au long du processus.
Cette édition enregistre une participation massive : plus de 182 000 inscrits sont attendus pour 773 postes, répartis entre plusieurs fonctions, notamment chargés de clientèle, agents postaux, facteurs ainsi que chauffeurs de véhicules légers et lourds.
Pour rappel, ce concours avait été initialement reporté en raison de difficultés techniques.
