Le parquet général près la Cour d’Alger a démenti, dans un communiqué publié dimanche, les informations circulant sur les réseaux sociaux, lesquelles évoquent le décès du chauffeur de bus mis en cause dans l’affaire de l’accident de la circulation ayant entraîné la mort le 15 août.
“Conformément aux dispositions de l’article 11 du Code de procédure pénale, le parquet près la Cour d’Alger informe l’opinion publique qu’à la suite de fausses informations circulant sur les réseaux sociaux, lesquelles évoquent le décès du chauffeur de bus mis en cause dans l’accident de la circulation ayant entraîné la mort le 15 août 2025, le parquet dément cette information dans son intégralité”, souligne-t-on dans le communiqué.
Le parquet général a ajouté, selon la même source, que “le concerné fait toujours l’objet d’une information judiciaire auprès du juge d’instruction près le tribunal de Dar El Beida, conformément aux procédures légales en vigueur”.
