ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : L’élection d’une Assemblée constituante, seule issue pour le Hirak.
La secrétaire générale du Parti des travailleurs(PT), Louisa Hanoune a affirmé, samedi à Alger, que la seule issue à la crise politique que traverse le pays était “l’élection d’une assemblée constituante souveraine et l’ouverture d’une voie positive devant le Hirak populaire afin de consacrer et conforter l’unité du peuple”.
“La gestion de la phase de transition passe par une assemblée nationale constituante souveraine, une solution idéale qui répond à la volonté du peuple désireux de changer le système pour la refondation politique et institutionnelle et l’élaboration d’une nouvelle Constitution, issue d’un large débat à ouvrir au niveau national”, a soutenu la SG du PT.
Pour Mme Hanoune, il s’agit, en premier lieu, d’ancrer “les droits socio-économiques et culturels du peuple, tout en consolidant la propriété collective de la Nation et tous les acquis de la Révolution et de l’indépendance, de manière à conforter et consacrer l’unité et la cohésion du peuple”.
Elle a estimé, dans le même contexte, que les travailleurs, les fonctionnaires et les syndicalistes “doivent veiller à assurer l’unité de l’action et par conséquent atteindre les objectifs escomptés du mouvement populaire”, d’autant qu’ils constituent, a-t-elle dit, “la force d’organisation qui a toujours été victime du système”.
Par ailleurs, Mme Hanoune a fait savoir que son parti n’avait pas participé au dialogue auquel a appelé la présidence de la République, car ce dialogue, a-t-elle justifié, “vise à régénérer et à sauver le système comme fut le cas après les événements d’octobre 1988 mais aussi à imposer la continuité de ce système via le maintien de la prochaine élection présidentielle”.
Evoquant la participation efficiente des jeunes algériens à toutes les marches depuis le 22 février dernier, la même responsable a affirmé que le slogan “dégage” scandé par les jeunes algériens, se veut “un ancrage de la souveraineté populaire et des droits élémentaires et l’édification d’une véritable démocratie”.
A cet effet, la SG du PT a évoqué la série d’arrestations de nombre d’hommes d’affaires, outre la convocation de plusieurs responsables politiques et le limogeage d’autres dans le cadre de la lutte contre la corruption et la dilapidation des deniers publics, relevant que “la nature de la justice est toujours la même, car agissant au sein du même système politique et que seule la décision a changé”.
