ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Mouwatana lance un appel à la classe politique
Le mouvement Mouwatana a appelé ce mercredi 8 mai la classe politique à « s’unir autour de propositions minimales pour engager la période de transition politique », soutenant en outre « le recours à des personnalités nationales » pour dialoguer avec le pouvoir.
« La solution pour organiser le changement est politique. Elle passe par le dialogue afin de mettre en place le mécanisme de la transition démocratique », a affirmé Mouwatana dans un communiqué. « Mouwatana appelle la classe politique à faire de même et à s’unir autour de propositions minimales pour engager la période de transition politique », a ajouté le mouvement.
Mouwatana a affirmé soutenir notamment « le recours à des personnalités nationales répondant aux critères minimaux de neutralité et d’intégrité éprouvées ou à une haute instance composées de personnes répondant aux mêmes critères, pour faciliter ce dialogue avec le pouvoir en lui apportant les garanties et la confiance nécessaires à son succès », a indiqué le mouvement.
« Il nous faut rester mobilisé, poursuivre les marches pacifiques, revendiquer l’arrêt de la répression policière et du bouclage d’Alger, organiser le mouvement populaire, faire rencontrer la société civile, encourager l’opposition politique à unifier sa position en refus du processus électoral, ouvrir un dialogue avec les représentants de l’État et aider les derniers tenants du système des années Bouteflika à partir afin d’engager la transition politique vers une république des libertés et des droits », a affirmé Mouwatana.
« Mouwatana appelle aujourd’hui à l’émergence de cadres organisés, de collectifs, de coordinations et de syndicats afin de ne pas laisser le pouvoir et ses relais obscurantistes, lui voler les fruits de sa Révolution pacifique », a indiqué également le mouvement, estimant que « le peuple doit pouvoir décider du contenu de la transition, de sa durée et de l’identité de ceux qui la conduiront. Il doit le faire à travers des représentants présents sous diverses formes dans la conférence nationale souveraine à laquelle doit parvenir le dialogue qu’il convient d’entamer ».
