ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Nabni propose une période de transition dirigée par une instance présidentielle afin de sortir de la crise politique
L‘Initiative “Nabni” a réitéré, dimanche à Alger, que la sortie de la crise que traverse le pays passe inéluctablement par une période de transition permettant de réunir toutes les garanties nécessaires au parachèvement du processus électoral devant asseoir un Etat de droit.
Invité au Forum du quotidien El Moudjahid, M. Abdelkarim Boudraâ, Porte-parole de “Nabni”, une Initiative proposant des solutions sociopolitiques et économiques, a réitéré l’impératif de “répondre aux revendications du peuple algérien”, exprimées depuis le 22 février, d’où tout l’intérêt, a-t-il dit, d’une “période de transition permettant de réunir toutes les conditions pour le parachèvement du processus électoral”.
Il a expliqué, dans ce sens, que les organisations et les syndicats, devant pendre part à la Conférence de la société civile prévue le 15 juin, proposent essentiellement “une période de transition” dirigée par un président consensuel ou une instance présidentielle qui œuvrera, en coordination avec un gouvernement technocrate, à la réunion des conditions organisationnelles et juridiques indispensables à la reprise du processus électoral et à l’élection d’un président par le peuple.
Il a ajouté, à ce propos, que la feuille de route qui sanctionnera cette Conférence, à laquelle prendra part Nabni, sera soumise aux partis politiques et à l’Institution militaire, soulignant néanmoins l’impératif de répondre aux revendications populaires, à leur tête, le départ des symboles restant du régime avant tout dialogue.
Plus de 500 personnes représentant près de 40 syndicats, associations et organisations nationales devront participer à cette Conférence afin de convenir d’une “feuille de route” pour sortir de la crise que vit le pays.
Les participants relèvent de trois dynamiques, à savoir: la Confédération des syndicats autonomes, le Forum civil pour le changement et le Collectif de la société civile qui compte plusieurs associations et organisations de droits de l’Homme.
En prévision de ce rendez-vous, les représentants de la société civile avaient tenu plusieurs rencontres lors desquels ils ont examiné la situation politique et des risques de blocage, échangé les vues et discuter de différentes initiatives et suggestions pour leur cristallisation en une plateforme unifiée et une feuille de route devant être présentée à la Conférence.
