ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : BAC 2019, les chiffre et les précautions
Plus de 674.000 candidats se présentent, ce dimanche 16 juin, aux épreuves du baccalauréat (session 2019), répartis sur 2.339 centres de déroulement, rapporte l’APS. Sur les 674.831 candidats dont 411.431 scolarisés et 263.400 libres, 54,56 % sont des filles, selon les chiffres du ministère de L’Éducation nationale, a ajouté la même source. Les résultats du baccalauréat seront annoncés vers le 20 juillet prochain.
Parmi les mesures relatives à la sécurisation du baccalauréat et à la garantie de sa crédibilité, le ministère de la Défense nationale (MDN) a doté les annexes de l’ONEC (Office national des examens et concours) d’appareils de brouillage, en vue de lutter contre la fraude électronique lors de cet examen, selon le ministre de L’Éducation nationale, Abdelhakim Belabed.
Il est également attendu que le réseau Internet sera coupé, pendant la première heure de chaque épreuve, et l’interdiction au niveau des centres d’examen des téléphones portables et autres tablettes, des outils numériques et autres objets connectés.
Reconduction des procédures appliquées l’année dernière
Par ailleurs, les épreuves du BAC qui s’étaleront sur cinq jours, verront la reconduction des procédures appliquées l’année dernière à l’instar de la demi-heure supplémentaire et des deux sujets au choix pour chaque matière et chaque filière.
Concernant l’heure d’ouverture des centres d’examen du Baccalauréat, le premier responsable du secteur a fait savoir que les portes seront ouvertes à 7H30 et l’entrée pour tous les candidats se fera à 8H00, soulignant que les retardataires pourront, jusqu’à 8H30, rejoindre les classes d’examen avec la consignation de leurs noms sur des registres de retard.
Le ministre a précisé qu’aucun retard ne sera autorisé au-delà de cette heure (8H30). Les mêmes dispositions sont applicables pour les épreuves de l’après-midi qui débuteront à 15H00, a-t-il ajouté, expliquant que l’ouverture des portes aura lieu à 14H30, et que tout candidat retardataire verra son nom consigné sur le registre prévu à cet effet.
Police et gendarmerie mobilisées
La DGSN a mobilisé 18.000 policiers pour la sécurisation des examens du baccalauréat 2019. De son côté, le Commandement de la Gendarmerie nationale a mis en place un dispositif sécuritaire spécial encadrant le déroulement des examens à travers un plan spécial prévoyant la mobilisation des moyens humains et matériels nécessaires au bon déroulement de ces examens au niveau des 48 wilayas et la sécurisation des centres d’examen et de leurs périmètres relevant des territoires de compétence de la Gendarmerie nationale.
La direction générale de la protection civile a mis en place un dispositif opérationnel, fort de 39.000 agents d’intervention, pour veiller à la sécurité des élèves et des encadreurs.
