ALGÉRIE/POLITIQUE : La Cour Suprême révèle les chefs d’accusation retenus contre Abdelkader Zoukh et Mohamed Khenfar
Dans un communiqué diffusé ce lundi soir, le Procureur général de la Cour Suprême révèle la nature des poursuites engagées contre Abdelkader Zoukh et Mohamed Khenfar, respectivement l’ancien wali d’Alger et l’actuel wali d’ El Bayadh.
Mohamed Khenfar est poursuivi pour abus de fonction conformément à l’article 33 de la loi 01-06 relative à la prévention et à la lutte contre la corruption, et dilapidation de deniers publics conformément à l’article 29 de la loi 01-06 relative à la prévention et à la lutte contre la corruption.
Abdelkader Zoukh est, quant à lui, poursuivi pour « octroi d’indus avantages au titre de l’octroi de marchés publics et contrats », conformément à l’article 26 de la loi 01-06 relative à la prévention et à la lutte contre la corruption » et « abus de fonction » conformément à l’article 33 de la loi 01-06 relative à la prévention et à la lutte contre la corruption ».
