Le ministre de l’Intérieur et des Collectivités locales, M. Salaheddine Dahmoune qui présidait mardi l’inauguration de la saison estivale 2019, a déclaré que l’accès aux plages homologuées par les services de la Protection civile, “doit rester libre et gratuit pour tous les citoyens”.
Toutes les commodités doivent être offertes aux estivants, comme les moyens aux personnes aux besoins spécifiques, les arrivées d’eau en plus de la sécurisation des plages par des brigades de police ou de gendarmerie, insiste M. Dahmoune qui défend un « changement dans la logique de gestion des plages »
Chaque saison estivale les mêmes assurances sont renouvelées par les autorités, mais sur le terrain il est souvent difficile de les voir traduites face à la toute-puissance de la mafia locale qui impose leur dictât, notamment l’obligation pour le citoyen de louer des chaises, des parasols et d’acheter des rafraîchissements.
