ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Gaid Salah va-t-il “répondre” à l’opposition et au Hirak depuis Cherchell ?
Gaid Salah qui va présider la cérémonie de sortie de promotions des élèves officiers à Cherchell, va certainement profiter pour s’exprimer sur l’actualité politique à la veille des 19èmes marches populaire du vendredi.
L’habituelle réunion d”orientation” avec les cadres et les élèves officiers revêtira sûrement un contenu politique et donnera une aperçu sur la stratégie de sortie de crise selon l’état-major.
Des observateurs s’attendent en effet à ce que le patron de l’armée annonce des mesures de détente qu’attend la classe politique de l’opposition pour enclencher le dialogue politique à la veille de la fin légale de la présidence intérimaire d’ Abdelkader Bensalah devant intervenir le 9 juillet prochain.
Le chef de l’armée avait appelé à maintes reprises la classe politique et les personnalités nationales à participer à un dialogue national avec les institutions avec pour finalité la tenue “dès que possible” d’une élection présidentielle.
Or, les partis de l’opposition acceptent certes le principe du dialogue mais rejettent que celui-ci soit présidé par Bensalah et Bedoui.
Si la majorité ne voit pas d’inconvénient que le président Bensalah reste en poste, elle persiste et signe que le Premier ministre, Nourredine Bedoui doit être changé comme le exige le Hirak populaire.
Elle veut aussi que soit confiée la mission de former un gouvernement non partisan et de compétence à une personnalité nationale consensuelle comme gage de la transparence de l’élection présidentielle.
