ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Confédération des syndicats algériens : La CSA refuse le dialogue avec le gouvernement Bedoui
La confédération des syndicats algériens (CSA), qui regroupe en son sein douze syndicats autonomes de différents secteurs de la fonction publique (Cnapest, CELA, Unpef, Snapest, SNPSP, SNTE, SNAP, CNII, SNTFP, Satef, CNES, SNVFAP), campe toujours sur sa position et continue de rejeter le gouvernement conduit par Noureddine Bedoui.
En effet, la Confédération a décliné l’invitation du ministère du Travail, de l’emploi et de la sécurité sociale à une rencontre de dialogue et de consultation.
Dans un communiqué rendu public, les 12 syndicats de différents secteurs de la fonction publique ont tenu à réitérer leur décision de boycotter toutes les rencontres avec le gouvernement actuel et tous ses départements ministériels qu’ils jugent «illégitimes» et «rejetés par le peuple».
Dans son communiqué, la Confédération rappelle que «la situation politique actuelle a conduit la CSA à assumer ses responsabilités historiques et à s’en acquitter, afin de contribuer à la solution de la crise politique du pays, en unifiant les visions syndicalistes et en élargissant le cercle de consensus aux espaces de la société civile».
De ce fait, la Confédération des syndicats algériens (CSA), qui a reçu une correspondance du ministère du Travail, le 20 juin 2019, l’invitant à une réunion de dialogue et de consultation le 27 juin 2019, a pris «sa décision du boycott», fait remarquer le communiqué de la CSA.
Les syndicats autonomes ont, dans le même document, rappelé leur position de «soutien au mouvement populaire», plaidant pour «la mise en place d’une période de transition» qui doit être conduite par «des visages nouveaux, crédibles et bénéficiant de l’assentiment populaire» et pour «la poursuite de la protestation populaire».
Les syndicats en question réitèrent leurs «appui et soutien» aux revendications légitimes portées par la voix du peuple. La confédération, qui a appelé à la poursuite du mouvement populaire et à la participation massive, réitère son «attachement aux revendications du mouvement populaire pacifique, pour une Algérie nouvelle avec de nouveaux visages crédibles et bénéficiant de l’assentiment populaire pour conduire la période de transition».
