ALGÉRIE/POLITIQUE : Bouchachi: « les Algériens sont déterminés malgré toutes les manœuvres du pouvoir pour les diviser »
Dans un entretien accordé à la radio publique d’information française, « France Info », l’avocat et défenseur des droits de l’homme, Mostefa Bouchachi, sur la situation politique en Algérie.
« Je suis optimiste parce que les Algériens qui sortent dans la rue depuis le 22 février sont déterminés et patients malgré toutes les manœuvres du pouvoir algérien pour les diviser, les poursuites judiciaires contre des militants, et les dizaines de barrages sur la route le vendredi pour empêcher les Algériens de rentrer à Alger », a déclaré Me Bouchachi.
« Les Algériens ont besoin d’un peu de temps pour s’organiser soit une période de transition gérée par des gens qui peuvent être acceptés par les Algériens, avec une présidence collégiale ou un président .C’est une société qui a été interdite d’organisation, de société civile, de vrais partis politiques… Le système et les services de sécurité ont toujours été derrière la création de la société civile. On veut un laps de temps pour que la société s’organise et participe réellement aux prochaines élections. Si les conditions de la transition sont réunies, entre six mois et une année peuvent suffire. Il ne faut pas donner des arguments au système pour qu’il dise : « Attention, on ne peut pas avoir une période de transition trop longue sans président élu démocratiquement», a ajouté le défenseur des droits de l’homme.
« Les gens qui ont un avis différent du système en place sont pratiquement interdits des chaînes publiques et privées. Avant, les chaînes privées m’invitaient à la télévision, mais ce n’est plus le cas. Par ailleurs, je pouvais faire des conférences à travers le territoire national au début du « Hirak ». Mais depuis deux mois, ce n’est plus possible », a poursuivi Mostefa Bouchachi.
