L’intérim du Premier ministre du Mali, Choguel Kokalla Maïga, malade depuis la semaine dernière, est désormais assuré par Abdoulaye Maïga, annonce un décret du président de la transition malienne lu dimanche à la télévision nationale ORTM.
“Abdoulaye Maïga, ministre de l’Administration territoriale et de la Décentralisation, est désigné pour assurer l’intérim de M. Choguel Kokalla Maiga, Premier ministre, chef du gouvernement”, dit un décret lu à la télévision d’Etat.
Le nouvel intérimaire cumule ainsi les fonctions de ministre de l’Administration territoriale et de la Décentralisation ainsi que celles de porte-parole du gouvernement.
Le 13 août dernier, la Cellule de communication de la Primature avait annoncé sur son site que “le Premier ministre Choguel Kokalla Maïga a été mis en +repos forcé+ par son médecin après 14 mois de travail sans répit. Il reprendra ses activités la semaine prochaine (cette semaine)”.
