Les wilayas de Bejaia, Jijel, Skikda, Annaba, El Tarf, Guelma, Souk Ahras, Mila et Constantine sont également concernées par ces pluies et ce, de lundi à 18h00 jusqu’à mardi à 18h00, avec des quantités de pluies estimées entre 30 et 50 mm, pouvant atteindre ou dépasser localement 60 mm, ajoute le BMS.
