Le ministre de l’Education nationale, Abdelhakim Belaabed, a tenu lundi, une réunion de coordination avec les responsables des associations nationales des parents d’élèves, des corps de sécurité, et des ministères de l’Intérieur et de la Justice, dans le but de renforcer les mesures de vigilance aux abords des établissements éducatifs.
Dans une déclaration à la presse en marge de cette rencontre, M. Belaabed a précisé qu’outre “les procédures actuellement en vigueur, de nouvelles mesures seront également prises en coordination avec les corps de sécurité, aux abords et à proximité des établissements scolaires, dans le but d’assurer la sécurité des élèves et de garantir une scolarité dans de bonnes conditions”, soulignant “le rôle important” des parents d’élèves “en tant que partenaires actifs de la vie scolaire”.
Le ministère de l’Education nationale a instruit les directeurs d’établissements scolaires et les inspecteurs du cycle primaire, de mettre en œuvre toutes les mesures de vigilance aux abords des établissements éducatifs pour accompagner et soutenir les efforts consentis par les autorités publiques et sécuritaires visant à maintenir la paix et la quiétude aux abords de ces établissements.
Dans l’objectif de faire face à ces comportements étrangers à la société algérienne, le ministère a mis l’accent sur l’impératif de “signaler immédiatement aux services de sécurité et de la direction de l’Education tout incident ou agression, et de ne pas laisser des élèves attendre hors des établissements, soulignant qu’il faut les autoriser à attendre à l’intérieur pour assurer leur sécurité”.
Le ministère a également insisté sur “la coordination avec les parents d’élèves pour une mobilisation commune appelant ces derniers à faire preuve de vigilance en accompagnant leurs enfants à l’école et à signaler tout acte suspect”.
Le ministère a également instruit d’engager une campagne de sensibilisation des élèves et de leurs parents “pour préserver la sécurité de nos enfants, et d’adhérer à une approche globale permettant aux parents d’être un partenaire actif dans la sécurité des écoliers”.
L’accent a été mis, en outre, sur “l’impératif d’activer ces procédures de manière urgente et d’inviter tous les intervenants à adhérer à cette approche préventive, avec la coordination des services de sécurité, et ce, dans le souci de barrer la route à ceux qui veulent attenter à la sécurité des élèves et de préserver la sérénité et le calme dans l’environnement scolaire”.
