la Ligue algérienne de défense des droits de l’Homme (LAADH) a dénoncé des « pratiques autoritaires contraires aux dispositions de la constitution et aux conventions internationales relatives aux droits de l’Homme ratifiées par l’Algérie consacrant et garantissant les droits de s’organiser, de se réunir et de s’exprimer pacifiquement ».
« La fermeture des espaces de débat, de réflexion et de dialogue est pour le moins en contradiction totale avec le discours officiel qui prétend encourager les débats et dialogue », poursuit la LADDH dans un communiqué signé par son président Me Noureddine Benissad.
« La LADDH s’interroge sur la politique de deux poids, deux mesures puisque des universités d’été (et c’est tant mieux) ont été autorisées et se sont bien passées. Ces restrictions aux droits fondamentaux sont antinomiques avec les revendications du hirak qui s’exprime clairement pour plus de un état de droit respectueux des libertés. La LADDH appelle à la levée de toutes ces entraves pour un libre exercice des libertés », conclut le communiqué.
