Le président de la République, M. Abdelmadjid Tebboune a affirmé que l’Etat punira tous ceux qui favorisent la prolifération de la bureaucratie au sein de l’administration pour en entraver le fonctionnement.
Lors de sa rencontre périodique avec la presse nationale, diffusée, dimanche sur les chaînes de télévision et les stations radio nationales, le Président Tebboune a souligné que la bureaucratie “n’est autre qu’un ensemble de pratiques autoritaires suspectes, accumulées depuis 30 à 40 ans par des individus si bien introduits dans l’administration qu’on les croirait représentants du Pouvoir. Nous les avons à l’œil”.
“Des décisions sont examinées par le Gouvernement et approuvées en Conseil des ministres, mais leur mise en oeuvre sur le terrain est entravée”, a regretté le président de la République, soulignant que ces pratiques “créent un climat de tensions et d’instabilité et certains osent les assimiler à l’Algérie nouvelle”.
“Celui qui dit mériter dignité et respect doit commencer par respecter le peuple et les lois de la République”, a affirmé le Président Tebboune, ajoutant que l’élimination de la bureaucratie “passe par l’élimination de ces pratiques au sein de l’Administration et l’Etat jouera son rôle de contrôle”.
