ALGÉRIE/ ECONOMIE: L’ASSOCIATION DES ENTREPRENEURS ALGÉRIENS S’OPPOSE À LA SUPPRESSION DE LA RÈGLE 49/51
Dans un communiqué publié ce jeudi, l’Association générale des entrepreneurs algériens (AGEA) a exprimé son refus à la suppression de la règle 49/51 relative à l’investissement étranger.
Pour l’association patronale, le maintien de cette règle est indispensable « du fait que nos entreprises, à l’image du secteur BTPH, fabricants des matériaux de construction, services et électroniques, sont faibles et non aidés à se développer dans l’environnement actuel ».
Le Président de l’AGEA, Mouloud Kheloufi, a indiqué que la suppression de la règle 51/49 % est « inacceptable », et représente « une menace pour les entreprises privées et l’économie nationale », en assurant que son association « combattra cette décision ».
Pour le premier responsable de l’AGEA, « l’entreprenariat avec les entreprises étrangères donnera un plus à l’économie nationale ».
Mouloud Kheloufi a appelé, dans ce sens, à une réunion tripartite dans les plus brefs délais, afin de trouver une solution à la situation financière que traverse le pays au lieu de se focaliser sur l’avenir des entreprises étrangères.
Rappelons que mercredi dernier, le Conseil du gouvernement a présenté l’avant-projet de loi de finances 2020, en proposant la levée des restrictions prévues dans le cadre de la règle 51/49 %, dans le but de « renforcer l’attractivité de l’économie nationale ».
