La ministre de la Culture et des Arts, Malika Bendouda a donné une instruction pour la réouverture des théâtres, des maisons de la culture et des espaces relevant des établissements culturels sous tutelle, fermés depuis plus de 10 mois en raison de la propagation de la covid-19, indique un communiqué du ministère.
La décision de réouverture de ces espaces (théâtres, maisons de la culture et établissements culturels sous tutelle) intervient suite “à la réunion tenue récemment entre Mme Bendouda et les cadres du ministère (…) et en réponse au besoin incessant exprimé par les intellectuels et artistes en vue de redynamiser les activités culturelles et artistiques”, note la source.
La ministre a insisté, dans son instruction, sur “l’impératif respect du protocole sanitaire” afin d’endiguer la propagation du coronavirus.
La situation sanitaire, ayant impacté plusieurs programmes culturels, a entraîné l’annulation de nombre de manifestations et d’événements culturels dont la majorité avait été reportée en virtuel.
Plusieurs manifestations, activités et rendez-vous culturels sont programmés au niveau des espaces culturels, à travers la mise en place d’un protocole sanitaire pour la protection des spectateurs et acteurs du secteur de la culture, ajoute le communiqué.
Pour rappel, le ministère de la Culture avait annulé, le 11 mars dernier, toutes les activités et manifestations culturelles dans l’ensemble de ses structures à travers le territoire national, où des mesures ont été prises par les autorités publiques dans le cadre du confinement partiel et total afin de faire face à la pandémie.
