Deux candidatures à la présidence de la Fédération algérienne de football, celles de Abdelhakim Serrar et Djahid Zefizef, ont été retenues par la commission de candidatures, chargée de préparer les élections, a indiqué l’instance fédérale (FAF) sur son site officiel.
Après examen des dossiers de candidatures, effectué le 27 juin 2022, la commission électorale a accepté les dossiers de Serrar (dirigeant de l’Entente de Sétif) et Djahid Zefizef (manager général de la sélection nationale de football), et a rejeté les dossiers “Non conforme” des deux autres postulants, Beldjoudi Mansour Belaïd Yahia.
Les postulants dont les candidatures ont fait l’objet de rejet peuvent introduire des recours auprès de la Commission des recours. Les recours doivent parvenir à la Commission concernée au plus tard mercredi 29 juin 2022 à 20h00.
L’examen des recours se fera le 30 juin 2022 et la publication de la liste définitive des candidats éligibles aura lieu le même jour au plus tard à 23h00.
Les deux prétendants Abdelhakim Serrar et Djahid Zefizef ont présenté des dossiers de candidatures avec des listes de membres, alors que ceux des candidats Beldjoudi Mansour et Belaïd Yahia n’en comportaient pas.
Deux membres de la liste de Zefizef ont été rejetés: Chettouf Karim (non conforme) et Hachem Mohamed (incomplet). Dans la liste présentée par Serrar, un seul membre, Tedj Bensaoula, a été rejeté (Non conforme).
La liste de Serrar comporte Lakhdar Belloumi, Mabrouk Herrada, El Djoudi Aouchiche, Othmane Ahbane, Rafik Cherak, Ahmed Kherchi, Mohamed Harid, Hamlil Mamoun, Nacer Khedim, Elyès Djendi et Mme Yamili Berkani comme membre féminin.
De son côté, Zefizef a étoffé sa liste avec Mohamed maouche, Mohamed Ghouti, Azeddine Arab, Houssam-Eddine Harkat, Hakim Meddane, Azeddine Bennacer, Djilali Aïdet, Djamel Merbout, Abdelhafid Fergani, et Mme Nassiba Laghouati comme membre féminin.
Côté suppléants, Serrar avait choisi El Hadi Amrane, Houssam Berkat, Youcef Azzouz, Reggadi Redouane et Abdelkader lalem, alors que Zefizef a jeté son dévolu sur Imad Amissi, Abdelhak Khabouz, Touati Derdour, Khalifa Mazeroua et Imad Khedis.
Le nouveau président de la FAF sera appelé à succéder à Charaf-Eddine Amara qui avait annoncé sa démission le jeudi 31 mars dernier, deux jours après l’élimination de l’équipe nationale en barrage de la Coupe du monde 2022 au Qatar (21 novembre – 18 décembre), au terme de sa double confrontation face au Cameroun (aller : 1-0, retour : 1-2, a.p).
Deux mois plus tôt, les “Verts” avaient été éliminés dès le premier tour de la Coupe d’Afrique des nations CAN-2021 (reportée à 2022) au Cameroun.
Charaf-Eddine Amara avait été élu le 15 avril 2021 à la tête de la FAF, en remplacement de Kheïreddine Zetchi, qui avait renoncé à briguer un second mandat.
